Whats the catch? It's only $10/year for me to save $20 to $60 per detail!? Sounds too good to be true!
There's no catch! By subscribing as Cleen Club members, our customers help us better understand what our staffing needs will be prior to the spring detailing season. This help us our business grow, and allows us to guarantee booking availability for Cleen Club members while saving some space for new customers to try our service. That's why it we've designed the membership to be a no-brainer for our customers, and passed huge savings on to them.
What do you mean by "guaranteed spring availability"?
In the spring, our schedule fills is so quickly that many returning customers miss the chance to book. With Cleen Club, members get to skip the stress of the Spring Rush. We reserve availability specifically for Cleen Club members based on their preferred month selection. When their month approaches, we contact them 1-2 weeks prior so they can choose an exact date/time for their booking.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your membership anytime for free! You can do it right from your Cleen account, or by texting, emailing or calling us!
After my free 2022 period, when will I be charged for 2023?
For our inaugural year, we've made Cleen Club is free for anyone who subscribes to the membership. After 2022, you will then billed annually for $10 + HST each March 1st (one month before our detailing season starts). We always send reminder emails and text messages before you are billed in case you would like to cancel!
